One day I decides to start consuming one cup of white rice in the morning and before 5pm.
I made up a recipe that I enjoy eating everyday. I am not sure why but, it makes me feel satisfied with energy until my next fresh cooked portion.
What’s needed: A Frying Pan and a wooden spoon.
Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Butter, Chopped Garlic, 1 medium sized sweet Italian Pepper, small zuchinni, Himalayan Salt, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes, Herb and parsley Dried Herbs,Everything Seeds and 1 Cup of White Rice.
Instructions: Heat your frying pan on number 4 or low medium heat. Add 1-2 TBLS of OLIVE OIL, 1 Clove chopped GARLIC. Chop a Sweet PEPPER and add it to the pan, chop 1 Cup of Zuchinni and add to pan, cook until lightly brown. Add a chopped tomatoe, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, cook until hot. In another pan make rice. Add 1 cup of cooked rice directly to pan with peppers. Mix and then add Everything Seeds amd mix. Let the rice brown a bit for an added texture, then remove. Chop a Cold Tomato and add to the top.
Enjoy morning , noon and before 4pm.
